Programme Officer II (Grants Management) (2-year Contract, renewable)

Are you passionate about making a difference and contributing to the success of impactful grant projects? Oxfam is looking for a dynamic and skilled Programme Officer II to join our team. This role offers you the chance to grow your career while working with an organization that is dedicated to creating positive change.

Responsibilities:
– Grant Proposal Analysis: Assist in reviewing and analyzing grant proposals, including budgets, work plans, and monitoring and evaluation.
– Performance Monitoring: Track grant partner’s performance and progress, ensuring compliance with OHK policies and procedures.
– Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with grant partners through regular communication and meetings.
– Proposal Development: Support the Grants Manager in creating new proposals and funding opportunities aligned with OHK’s strategic goals.
– Impact Storytelling: Identify and communicate the impact stories of grant projects, contributing to the development of case studies, success stories, and other communication materials.
– Donor Engagement: Arrange for donor engagement activities to support fundraising efforts.
– Additional Tasks: Undertake other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
– Degree holder with 3-5 years’ relevant experience in grant management or partnership management.
– Knowledge of project management and experience in budgeting and financial management.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
– Understanding of social issues and local NGOs networks would be an advantage.
– Proficiency in English and Chinese (both spoken and written).
– Proficient in computer literacy and applications including MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
– Identification with Oxfam’s mission, vision and core values is a must.
