Services Supervisor

Descriptions:

In coping with continuous growth and services enhancement, we are currently looking for a seasoned social work professional to join our senior management team.

• Services Supervisor is one the top three tier executives of the Association and report to General Secretary.
• The incumbent will initially be appointed to oversee the operation of subvented rehabilitation services units and will be rotated to different service areas to gain wider exposure.
• The incumbent is required to develop service planning and lead teams to enhance quality / operation, training and development, financial, administrative, supervisory and personnel management systems.

Requirements :

• Registered Social Worker with Bachelor degree or above in Social Work
• At least 8 years’ supervisory experience preferably in rehabilitation setting for people with intellectual disabilities / social welfare sector
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese is essential

Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
