Director of Internal Audit (2-Year Contract) – Sheng Kung Hui St. Christopher’s Home

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive of the Home.
To develop the Home’s Service and Management Internal Audit Framework, Guidelines & Mechanism.
To set up the Home’s risk management mechanism and risk registry.
To head up the Home’s Internal Audit Task Force.
To conduct in house Service Quality Standards (SQS) and Internal Audit checking.
To ensure the Home’s operation in compliance with regulatory requirements and service standards.
To coordinate the Home’s staff trainings for continuous improvement and learning purpose.
To support the secretarial work of the Home’s Internal Audit Committee of the Council.
Working Location : North Point

Degree holder in Social Work or Public Administration or Management or Internal Audit or related disciplines.
Minimum 5-year working experience in management level is preferred, working in social service background is advantage.
Solid knowledge and experience in handling Service Quality Standards (SQS) as well as compliance checking.
Registered Social Worker with experience in handling service and management compliance will be a definite advantage.
Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with strategic mindset.
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
