Temporary Fundraising Events Assistant
[Ref.: FCU/TFEA/23/01]
S/he provides administrative support to the members of the Events Team.
Responsibilities:
• To enter data and maintain records
• To answer enquiries, make phone calls phone calls to different parties
• To assist with receipting, stock taking of resources, and handle logistical arrangements
• To assist with events operations
• To take on additional tasks and assignments as requested by the Fundraising Manager -Events.
Requirements:
• Full-time and part-time positions are available. Immediate available is highly preferable.
• F.5 or above, with at least one year’s relevant working experience.
• Able to meet schedules and deadlines, attentive to details, able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of computer applications including MS Office and Chinese word processing.
• Identification with Oxfam’s mission and vision is a must.
