Responsibilities:
- Formulate strategies, manage and execute a range of co-creation projects related to elderly and rehabilitation services, including but not limited to Care Food, application of technology in social services and the community, and social inclusion via different means;
- Proactively establish partnerships with external parties, such as government, corporations, social service organizations, universities, and social enterprises;
- Organize education and promotion activities such as training workshops, overseas study visits, incubation schemes, and community events;
- Assist in HR and financial management for various projects;
- Work with the team head and manager for strategic planning and development.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in any discipline, preferred in Social Work, Social Science, Business, or related fields;
- 2 years of experience in project management preferred;
- Solid connection with social service organizations, social enterprises, and funders is a plus;
- Understanding the elderly/rehab sector and social innovation is a definite advantage;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Outstanding problem-solving skills with a dynamic mindset.
- Highly motivated, high attention to detail, able to work independently, and a good team player.
5-day work per week. 15-day annual leave.
